As a practice, we are delighted to have obtained detailed planning consent for the construction of 29 new apartments in Horley, following an extensive pre-application process with the Local Authority.

We collaborated closely with fellow consultants Heathwall, Avison Young, and Stantec to develop the approved scheme. Our comprehensive approach included detailed studies such as daylight analysis, verified views, acoustic reports, and overheating analysis, all of which were integral to the detailed and complex application process.

The finished building will be constructed to exceptionally high energy efficiency standards, ensuring sustainability and minimal environmental impact. Situated on a prominent site in Horley, the development will also feature outdoor shared amenity spaces, providing residents with attractive communal areas.
